You are trapped in a loop.

The corridor looks the same, every single time. The fluorescent lights buzz with a monotonous hum. The chairs sit empty.

But is it really the same?

Unseen Anomaly is a short psychological horror game in the vein of The Exit 8, created for the Godot Wild Jam #82 with the theme "Unseen". Your only tool is your perception. Your only enemy is the detail that hides in plain sight.

How to Play

Your task is simple, but your senses will be tested.

  • Observe your surroundings. Memorize the layout, the sounds, and the feeling of a "normal" loop.
  • If everything is normal, proceed forward to the next level.
  • If you spot an anomaly—anything out of place, no matter how small—you must turn back.

A correct choice lets you advance. A mistake sends you back to the beginning. Can you break the loop?

Features

  • Tense Atmosphere: A minimalist, liminal space inspired by PSX-era horror.
  • Anomalies of Perception: Your goal isn't to fight monsters, but to fight your own inattention. Anomalies can be visual, auditory, or even physical.
  • Short & Replayable: A single successful run can be completed in 5-15 minutes, but will you spot everything on your first try?

A Note from the Developer

This is my first game ever, created in a short time for a game jam. Thank you so much for playing! I learned a massive amount during this process and hope you enjoy the unsettling experience.
